Rainforests: Lifebelt for an Endangered Planet is a landmark 2009 photographic monograph by award-winning Spanish conservation photographer Daniel Beltrá. The book serves as a profound visual indictment of global tropical deforestation. It was the direct culmination of an emergency commission granted to Beltrá through the Sony World Photography Awards by Prince Charles (now King Charles III) for the Prince's Rainforests Project (PRP)

The publication had an incredibly elite, limited print run of only 500 copies. Prince Charles personally gifted these copies directly to world leaders at the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Change Summit (COP15) to emphasize that the fight against global warming is unwinnable without halting tropical deforestation
