About us: We are an online bookstore based in Wales, UK, specialising in Photography and Art books. Founded in 2020 by documentary Photographer Dan Wood who is a passionate collector of photobooks.
Customs Charges: We try our very best to help our customers avoid any added taxes when taking delivery of books but it's something that's totally out of our control and sometimes there may be charges, particularly in the EU.
Shipping: We use a fully tracked service and ship worldwide. The service we use is certainly not the cheapest but is very good and reliable. We take pride in our speedy shipping and orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days.
Estimated Delivery times: UK: 1-3 business days. Europe: 3-7 business days. Rest of the World: 6-10 business days. Delays out of our control can sometimes occur at customs in countries outside of the UK.
Returns/Refunds: Any issues with your order please Email and we'll do our best to fix it.
Submissions: Submissions to sell your book in our shop are welcomed. Please Email us a link to your work/book and we'll take a look. Please do not send PDFs or Photos.
